Questions 25 and 26 were included to determine how the pilot group uses UT Direct. Less than one-half of the eighteen people responding to these questions have customized their UT Direct site (7). Six had not customized UT Direct and five answered "unknown"to the question. These results are consistent with the reported usage of UT Direct. Ten instructors (2/3 of the sample) either never visited UT Direct (4) or rated themselves as infrequent users  (less than every few weeks). One-third of the eighteen respondents reported visiting UT Direct "every few weeks"(4) or "daily"(2).
