Why isn't my course(s) listed in Blackboard?

If you are a student and you have recently added or dropped a class, you may not see it immediately in UT Direct and Blackboard.

For performance reasons, UT Direct does not receive "live" registration and enrollment information. Class enrollment information is transferred to UT Direct and Blackboard every night.

Check back tomorrow or the next day and your schedule should be correct.

If it has been more than 2 days since you added or dropped the course, or if you haven't made any changes to your schedule (and you know that your course is available in Blackboard), then Blackboard may not be recognizing you as a student. In that case, you need to contact the Help Desk for assistance.
