CLIPs (Class Information Pages), Blackboard, and eGradebook support various aspects of technology-enhanced learning. These independent applications are supported by the University to provide course organization, communication, interaction and student feedback. Instructors currently can use CLIPs to request Blackboard course combinations and Teaching Assistant authorizations .

1) When classes are associated (combined) in CLIPS, the classes will be combined in Blackboard on the next business day.
eGradebook has its own class association feature built in.*

2) If a TA is added through CLIPS, he or she will receive access to the functions checked on the next business day.*

A full list of the differences between eGradebook and Blackboard's gradebook is available at the comparison of electronic gradebooks page.
