Tracking and Course Statistics
Blackboard's tracking and course statistics features allow you to view reports on certain items or certain aspects of your course site. Unfortunately, because the size of our University and the high volume of traffic on our system only data from the previous 14 days is available to be accessed. Data prior to the most recent 14 days is unavailable.
To access these tools...
Course Statistics
From the Control Panel under the Assessment section
click on Course Statistics.
Tracking
Tracking is is a feature that records the number of times a user accesses
an item in your Content Area. This feature is an option that must be turned
on during the creation of an item. View our tutorial for more information
on Adding an Item. To view the
reports, click on the Content Area where the document resides.
On the right side of the page is where you will find the Tracking
button.
