Blackboard allows for the electronic transmission of feedback as quickly as instructors deem desirable, and instructors can provide personalized, question-by-question feedback to each student in a timely manner (Newlin & Wang, 2002).

Example: Students are individually recognized by feedback and students can also pay attention to feedback given to other students.
