Email message sent to all identified organization leaders

Organization Managers:

DIIA and ITS staff are in the process of upgrading to a new version of Blackboard. The new version has several improvements for both courses and organizations, such as added discussion board features and a cross-platform WYSIWYG editor.

We recommend that all currently active organizations move to the new version. Beginning May 21st, the URL for the old version of Blackboard will be changed to https://oldcourses.utexas.edu/.

Please reply to this message by June 15 if you want your community organization site to be moved to the new version. If I don't receive a reply, your organization will remain on the old version and will be available at https://oldcourses.utexas.edu/ for two years.

If you choose to move your site, you will receive a confirmation message and your old organization site will be made unavailable to participants.
