Project Description:
To assemble and associate on DVD for easier access a set of videos
of actual mediations in Maxwell’s collection, the student
developers collected, edited, and assembled the videos, providing
a menu to allow users to select examples sorted by mediation topics.
The DVD allows users to observe sets of examples of mediators intervening
non-verbally, asking questions, reframing, moving parties along,
asking neutral questions, closing the deal, dealing with severe
emotions, and performing other critical tasks.
