Project Description:
The experiential learning experience arises from a price-setting task that students are required to prepare for in advance of class and execute during a class session using only their own private information about their costing system and feedback from the prices set and profits earned by other “competitor” groups in the product market. This online classroom-based simulation game enhances the initial automation manual process that is critical to a highly successful experiential learning experience that business students currently undertake in introductory managerial accounting courses at both the graduate and undergraduate levels.
