Project Description:
Each student in the Red McCombs School of Business must take BA324, Business Communications early in their academic career. This eLearning environment provides them an introduction to basic business library resources, teaching them how to find information for their research needs. Using active learning, students interact with the tutorial as they progress through it. It is divided into distinct parts that can be taken at different times, as students need them. Assessments of student learning are included. Phase I was completed this ~FAST Tex season resulting in a demo version to be tested with students. Phase II will be completed fall 2006 to add more interactive exercises and media.
