Sample Talent Release Form
You should use a talent release whenever you use sound, video, or images of other people and want to obtain written permission from them. The form is intended to protect the rights of both the creator and the participants. Using the talent release form gives you an opportunity to explain the specifics of your production and to get permission from those you want to film or record.
