Turning your grades on

eGradebook can be used to calculate the class grades using your designated ranges.

Note: Once grades are turned on, instructors will see students listed on the Download page with grades of "F" if all the assignments have not yet received scores. Students will not see this grade, however.

The following tutorials demonstrate how to turn your grades on:

• Defining grades by points or percentages
• Weighting grades and dropping lowest scores

At the end of the semester, eGradebook can be used to transfer its Calculated Scores to the Registrar's online grade submission system. These tutorials can help:

• Saving final grades
• Overriding individual final grades

Either the Designee or Instructor can save final grades to the Registrar's Online Grade Submission system, but only the Instructor of Record can submit grades in Online Grade Submission.

Note: Grades can be turned on and off repeatedly, and can also be saved more than once, and these actions will not affect students' final grades.
