This tutorial assumes that you have already turned your grades on, and saved your final grades.
1. Choose a class to work with, then click on the Download scores link in the expanded Navigation Menu.

2. A spreadsheet view of the students, assignments, and grades will appear. To change an individual student's final grade, click on the student's UT EID link.

3. The student's list of assignments and grades is displayed. Click on the radio button for the appropriate letter grade, then click the Save Grade button.

4. The Current Saved Final Grade line displays the new grade.

Note: The Instructor of record will still need to submit the grades through the Registrar's system. Once submitted, grades cannot be changed. See the Registrar's demo on using the Online Grade Submission tool for more information.
