Saving final grades

To use eGradebook to calculate the grades using your designated ranges, turn your grades on before proceeding with the following steps.

1. Choose a class to work with, then click on the Download scores link in the expanded Navigation Menu.

2. A spreadsheet view of the students and assignments will appear. Click on either of the Save buttons, located above or below the spreadsheet, to save the Calculated Grades column to the Online Grade Submission system. Note: The Save button will only appear when the Online Grade Submission system is available.

3. The Calculated Grades are copied to the Final Grade column and are saved in the Registrar's Online Grade Submission system.

To make changes to an individual student's grade, see the Overriding individual final grades tutorial. Note: The Instructor of record will still need to submit the grades through the Registrar's system. Once submitted, grades cannot be changed.
