Graduate Student Instructor Program Mission

The mission of the Division of Instructional Innovation and Assessment's Graduate Student Instructor Program is to cultivate graduate student teaching excellence by providing opportunities for TAs and AIs to advance their pedagogical, professional and personal development. We achieve this through collaboration with departments and graduate student support organizations. We measure our flexibility, relevance and effectiveness with ongoing program evaluation and feedback from members of the University community.
