Instructional technology information for ASPECTS session locations

FAC 327 (Flawn Academic Center, Third Floor)

A semniar room offering DVD & VHS player, computer w/Internet access (PC only), document camera and connections if you want to bring in your own laptop. The connections are also Macintosh compatible, however we highly recommend you contact Gary Lay—lay@mail.utexas.edu or 495-4467—to test your Apple notebook before your session. More information

ACE 2.402 (ACES Building, 24th St. and Speedway)

Offers a networked PC with dual monitors, a high-resolution document camera, a VCR and laptop connection that are integrated into a dual rear-screen projection and sound system operated through a standardized "user-friendly" remote-control system. This facility is integrated into the building's audio and video conferencing systems and enables the latest interactive collaborative and conference technologies. A seminar room offering a network-based PC, a high-resolution document camera, a DVD/video cassette player and cabling for connecting up to four laptops integrated with the room's audio and video projection system and operated through a "user-friendly" remote-control system. More information

MAI 26 (Main Building, off the Concessions hallway in the northwest corner)

A 40-seat conference room with a white board, lectern, overhead projector, pull-down screen, and a Macintosh G4. More information

To reach MAI 26 from the main hall of the tower, enter the hallway pointing toward “Concessions.”  Take the first left turn and continue all the way down the hall until you see MAI 26 on your left. From the outdoor concessions area, enter the tower, take the second right turn, and continue all the way down the hall until you see MAI 26 on your left.
