IITAP 2004 logo Innovative Instructional Technology Awards Program (IITAP) 2008

The Division of Instructional Innovation and Assessment is pleased to administer IITAP, the Provost's program to encourage, support, and reward instructional innovation.

IITAP celebrates and rewards faculty efforts to incorporate technology in their teaching. All University of Texas at Austin faculty and faculty-student/staff teams are annually invited to enter innovative instructional materials that they have developed specifically for UT Austin courses.

IITAP participants were recognized and honored at the 2008 Innovative Instructional Technology Awards on April 23, from 2pm until 4pm in Room 212 of the Main Building.

  • Entrants submitted a demonstration video
  • Entrants have documented outcomes with qualitative or quantitative data
  • Technologies are used in UT Austin courses, impacting UT Austin students
