Multimedia lab policies

  • The lab is to be used for academic purposes only.
  • A valid user account (an individually funded IF account or departmental account) is required to use the lab.

  • A limit of two hours per person per day is in effect when lab is in high demand. Reservations are recommended. Call 475-6364.
  • There is no loaning of equipment or manuals. Please do not remove any lab references or manuals from lab premises.
  • Duplication of commercial CDs is not permitted.
  • Copying of proprietary software will not be tolerated.
  • Food and drink are not allowed in the lab.
  • Do not leave personal items or references at workstations, and for your own protection, do not leave workstations unattended.
