DIIA Presents the UT Austin Faculty Orientation Seminar on August 18-21, 2009

DIIA cordially invites all new faculty hires to attend the UT Austin Faculty Orientation Seminar in four morning sessions August 18-21, in the Avaya Auditorium, ACES building. Past participants agree that the seminar gave them information and services that greatly eased their transition onto the UT-Austin campus.

Adding value to the seminar, the afternoon technology workshops give participants hands-on instruction to enhance classroom effectiveness. The Resource and Benefits Fairs also receive high marks, acquainting new faculty with other helpful campus services.

We hope you will join us as distinguished faculty, staff, students, and administrators share advice on successful teaching and research at the University of Texas at Austin. Register to take advantage of this exciting and valuable experience!
