- What is a Designee and how do I set one up?
- A Designee is a role within the application only; it is not related
to University appointments. An Instructor of Record for a class can authorize
anyone, such as a Teaching Assistant to have access to the same OCA functionality
within a class unique number.
Set up a Designee by clicking on the My Designees link
in the left Navigation Menu. When the link is clicked, a window will pop
up which will allow the instructor to give a person Designee status by
entering the UT
EID of the desired Designee.
- How do I see a survey as a student would?
- From the Template Library or Personal Library,
click on the Preview button in the right-hand column
of the template you want to view.
