Where can I find my surveys?: On the OCA home page, the surveys that are currently available will be listed. As an alternative, you can click on a class name (unique number) in the left Navigation Menu or in the body on the home page. You will be taken to the page for that class.
How do I complete a survey?: From the OCA home page or a class page, click on the survey title to open the survey. After you have completed the survey, click the Submit button.
Are my survey responses and comments anonymous?: Yes. Your responses and comments are saved without any identifying information.
Why did I have to log in?: You logged in so that your schedule of classes and any surveys assigned to those classes would be listed.
