The Ongoing Course Assessment (OCA) online survey tool is intended to provide individual faculty members confidential, low-stakes, anonymous feedback from students about their teaching. If you are interested in using OCA, DIIA provides the following related services to help you:

There are three ways to assign a survey to your class using the OCA tool. These are listed from the easiest to the most complex methods.

  1. Assign a template that already exists
  2. Build a template using the question bank
  3. Customize your own template using questions you have created.

Once you have assigned a survey, you can do any of the following

To access the application, go to https://web.austin.utexas.edu/diia/oca/index.cfm
You will be asked to log in using your UT EID username and password.
