Building a template

1. On the OCA home page in the Navigation Menu, click on the Template Builder link.

2. Scroll down the page. Click on the selection boxes to the left of the questions you want to add to your template. When you are finished, click on a Build this template button.

3. Your new template is displayed. Enter a Title in the text box provided and click the Build this template button to finish building your template.

4. A confirmation message reports that the template has been built. It will now appear in your Template Library and your Personal Library.
