Ongoing Course Assessment (OCA)

Adding a designee

1. On the OCA home page in the Navigation Menu, click on the My Designees link.

2. In the text box provided enter the UT EID of the person that you want to add as a designee. Note: If you do not know the designee's EID, click on the Search for UT EID link.

3. Click on the radio button in the Add column to select the course to which you want to assign the designee, then click the Submit Changes button.

4. A confirmation message will appear at the top of the page stating that the update has been made.
