Teaching With Blackboard and eGradebook

Blackboard
The courseware management tool Blackboard is available to faculty campus-wide to help build and maintain online course components. It is integrated with UTDirect for easy access and the ability to integrate with existing university systems. Through its component centers, DIIA offers training workshops and information sessions, supplemented with online tutorials and individual consulting when needed.

eGradebook
Created by DIIA specifically for UT Austin faculty use, eGradebook is a Web-accessible tracking system closely integrated with UTDirect. It allows instructors and designees to electronically grade assignments and post grades, as well as upload grades to the Registrar's Office. Using UT EIDs and passwords, the system assures confidentiality in accordance with UT policy.
