Webcasting

Use Scenario

Instructors can record an entire lecture, demonstrate a process or procedure, explain how to solve a problem, review concepts, show examples, provide tutorials, and make them available for viewing as an online course resource, or "desktop" presentation. Once a presentation is recorded, it can be exported in a streaming format, uploaded to a streaming server, and assigned a URL which the instructor can then post on their course website for students to view. Students can review streaming content anytime at their own individual pace. A high-speed internet connection is recommended for best results.
