The HR component consists of the following three sections: Employees by Assigned Position (EAP), Salaries (if applicable), and Fall Staff. The purpose of each section is described below.
The primary purpose of the EAP section is to collect the number of staff by employment status (full time and part time), faculty status, and primary function/occupational activity.
The primary purpose of the Salaries section is to collect the number of full-time instructional staff by contract length/teaching period, gender, and academic rank.
The primary purpose of the Fall Staff section is to collect the number of staff by employment status (full time and part time), primary function/occupational activity, gender, race/ethnicity, faculty status, contract length/teaching period, academic rank, and salary class intervals. Data on newly hired full-time permanent staff are also collected.
