Rainbow Di Benedetto

Assistant Director for Information Technology Infrastructure

Rainbow has been with the University since 1997. Along with a team of five analysts, she manages the IT needs of the reporting side of the office. This includes the FaSET (Faculty and Student Electronic Tracking) system, the FARM (Facilities Administration and Reports Manager) system, IMA historical files, the PBIS area of IQ (the data warehouse), and the production of mainframe and Cognos reports to be used by the research analysts in official reports and surveys. She also coordinates server and desktop support for the office.    

Blane Conklin

Senior Software Developer/Analyst

Blane began working at UT in January, 2005.  That same year, he finished a PhD from the University of Chicago in ancient Semitic languages.  He joined IMA in July, 2010, after four years as a Systems Analyst with Employee Benefits at UT System.  He will be taking on the FaSET system, data load and validation processes, and other reporting projects.

Vince Gonzalez

Business Analyst

Vince Gonzalez started at UT Austin in 1998 and has been with IMA since 1999.  He works with the Academic/PBIS (Performance Based Instruction System) area of the data warehouse drafting cube/report specifications and business rules, performing cube and report validation, and responding to IQ/PBIS help questions.
