The Building and Room Report reflects building and room assignments as of the twelfth class day of the fall semester only. Building and room usage is reported for all courses taught in the fall semester in buildings or rooms in the institutions’ Facilities Building and Room Inventory Reports (CBM0011 and CBM0014). This data is used by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board to calculate classroom and class laboratory utilization efficiency for each state institution.
CBM005 is due November 1 of each year.
