WORQSpace is the official tool for collecting all space information at The University of Texas at Austin. The primary function of WORQSpace is to provide a simple and effective process for maintaining accurate information about space that the university owns or leases. The resulting data is used for indirect cost analysis, facilities planning, and space assignments. It is then presented to The Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB). The accuracy of this information is critical for compliance with government and sponsoring agencies and to maximize the use of our facilities. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the data in WORQSpace.

WORQSpace and the data contained herein is for business use only at The University of Texas at Austin; it contains confidential and privileged information. Any unauthorized access, review, disclosure, or distribution is forbidden. Failure to comply will result in loss of access and possible legal action.

January 2012:  Audit notification - The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board will be on site in April 2012 to conduct an audit of UT Austin facilities data.  Departments in the audit sample will be notified prior to arrival of the audit team.  For more information, email worqspace@austin.utexas.edu.
