Michener Center for Writers

David Bradley

David Bradley’s (2000, 2002) The Chaneysville Incident won the Academy Award of the American Academy and Institute of Arts and Letters, as well as a PEN/Faulkner Award and a nomination for the American Book Award. His other work includes the novel South Street, as well as texts, essays, and anthologies on American and African-American literature and culture.
