single 9x12 envelope (no oversized binders or pages) the following
items, in this order. Do not include
any additional materials or queries with this packet. Contact
mcw@www.utexas.edu with questions.
· MCW Cover Sheet
· Statement of Purpose (or "Personal Statement")
· Writing Sample

Manuscripts will not
be returned.
Decisions are generally
made by mid-March and admitted candidates are contacted by
email or phone by MCW.
Applicants who are
not offered admission will be notified by GIAC.
