Survey Results Release Procedures

• The results of nine items on the new Basic and Expanded Forms are automatically released to all deans, all chairs, and to the CIS on-line survey results page, regardless of department or rank. Only individuals with a valid University EID will be allowed to view survey results. If Supplemental items are used, only the instructor, dean, and chair will be shown their results. Survey results will remain available online for three years. Results may be printed from the online screen.
