Course-Instructor Survey Procedures for the Summer Session

  • All Departments are required to participate in the summer.

As during the long semesters, departments arrange their surveys through their departmental contact person. Therefore, it is not necessary for each instructor to request a survey individually. If an instructor has a particular questionnaire preference, or other special request, it should be made known to his/her department staff person by the start of the first summer session.

During the summer there are four periods for survey requests:
    1. First six-week classes:
    2. Nine-week classes:
    3. Second six-week classes:
    4. Whole session classes:

  • Surveys can be picked up from department offices.
