Instructions for participating
in the Course-Instructor Survey vary depending on college requirements.
Instructors in departments that have a questionnaire choice should
contact their department office with their selection.
For the name of the contact
in your department, call the CIS office (471-8175) or email Shandy
Smith (shandy.smith@austin.utexas.edu).
The CIS department contact
will make the appropriate questionnaire selections on the survey request
system. Only the department contacts are authorized to make these
