Checklist Fall 2007

• Submit your
  • registration form
  • Student Handbook Read it, fill out, sign and return the forms to Smilja Molovanovic-Bertram.
  • deposit check

• Apply for your passport, or check to make sure that your current passport is valid for at least 6 months after your scheduled return from Italy. Passport forms may be downloaded from their site, and submitted to the US Post Office on the UT campus across the West Mall from the Student Union.

• Begin collecting your visa application materials.
•  
• May 7th
  • Mandatory pre-departure meeting - you will choose your roommates.
• May 7th
  • Mandatory first class held on campus, you will meet with your professors, get syllabi and readings will be issued.

• Early August
  • You will recieve your travel documents.
