As one of the top professional schools in the country, the College of Education at The University of Texas at Austin is at the forefront of changes in education both inside and outside the classroom. Our research-based programs train future educators to bring vision and leadership to the teaching and learning processes and prepare students for successful careers in myriad education specialties. We’re recreating the landscape of education, focusing on solving the problems of a diverse society and developing leaders who will empower tomorrow's citizens to be lifelong learners.

Curriculum and Instruction

Teacher Certification

UT Austin offers certification in several fields of study at a variety of experience levels. Flexible courses meet the needs of undergraduates, continuing students, college graduates and teachers who need additional certification.
