Procurement card - a credit card designed for use by
The University of Texas. You may use it to make low dollar value purchases
from vendors who accept the MasterCard credit card. Sometimes referred
to as a PCard.
Billing cycle - the monthly billing period.
Approving official - a person or persons senior to the
cardholder who will be responsible for reviewing procurement card transactions
and approving VP7 documents for payment.
MCC - Merchant category codes
VP7 - Official payment voucher
