Information for UT / UCA Summer Cheer Camp

Thank You and Welcome to the 2012 UT / UCA Summer Cheer Camps. We are extremely excited with the opportunities that we have here at The University of Texas at Austin. We have secured a multi-million dollar indoor facility for our camp use this summer. We want all of you to have a great experience here and we ask that you come to our camps prepared with a couple of things. As you know, the university is located in the middle of downtown Austin. With this in mind, there are few things that exist here that are not common at other camp locations. Just like every other downtown location, it will cost to park a vehicle anywhere. Below is some information that will assist you in your parking and transportation needs:

Registration will be centrally located at UFCU Disch Falk Field Baseball Facility located at 1300 E. MLK Blvd., Austin TX 78722 Please click on map below for directions.

Helpful Notes

We encourage all individuals to use the private bussing system that we have implemented for the days of camp that will start at each housing facility.
The university campus area (any area close to all the practice facilities, not including the housing facility area) is closed to public parking. All friends and families that choose to visit the camp on any day must pay close attention to all posted parking signs. We recommed that all visitors park in the closest parking garage to avoid being ticketed.
All parking garages and parking lots (except city surface lots) are located on the Campus Map below.

Parking Information

Manor Garage "MAG" (click here to view map of area) - This is a public garage that can be utilized by friends and family of the participants that visit the campus for Summer Camp. Hourly garage fees do apply.
Lot 115 (click here to view map of area) - This is a specially reserved lot that we have secured for overnight bus and van storage. Parking permits for this lot can be purchased at registration by participants only.
Lot 41 (click here to view map of area) - This lot will be used by participants and staff only during the day at our "Bubble" sessions. Parking permits for this lot can be purchased at registration by participants only. There will be no overnight storage at these lots.
Lot 108 (click here to view map of area) - This lot is located just south of the Erwin Center and will be used by participants and staff only during the day at all sessions hosted at the Erwin Center. Parking permits for this lot can be purchased at registration by participants only. There will be no overnight storage at these lots.
Trinity Garage "TRG" (click here to view map of area) - This is a public garage that can be utilized by friends and family of the participants that visit the campus for Summer Camp, namely the sessions that will be hosted in the Erwin Center. Hourly garage fees do apply.
