On occasion, the *DEFINE application experiences system-wide errors that may affect users at all UT System institutions. In the event of such a situation, instructions and information for users will be listed below. User Services will post updates to this page as problems are analyzed and resolved.

*DEFINE is currently operating at full functionality.

If you are experiencing a problem that you think may be related to programmatic or system wide errors that is not displayed on this page, please notify our office.

  • To help us analyze and assess the problem, include the following information:
    • The exact error messages you have received
    • Document IDs
    • Your logon ID
