13.2.6. UNCLAIMED PAYCHECKS
Unclaimed paychecks are considered stale dated after 13 months. Payroll Services will attempt to notify employees monthly of the unclaimed paychecks. Once a paycheck is stale dated, it is voided and the employee may request a replacement paycheck. For more information about replacement paychecks, see the Handbook of Business Procedures 13.2.5.
