  1. Is the Handbook of Business Procedures available in printed or PDF form?

No, there is not a printed version. Because new sections are being developed and added regularly, repeated printing could become time-consuming and expensive.  It was determined that the best way to disseminate the information and to ensure that out-of-date information does not remain in circulation is to publish the Handbook only to the web. Because the Handbook is published in electronic form and available using any Internet-connected computer, the most current version is accessible and close at hand.  The web-based Handbook has advantages over a printed copy, such as the Search feature and access to training and help materials.

  2. What does it mean if a topic in the Table of Contents is not linked?

If a topic on the Table of Contents is not linked (in orange), it means that the the information is in development and will be added to the Handbook in the future.

  3. Who can I contact about policies and procedures?
