Institution Protocol
All institution accounting questions or problems
should be submitted via Issue Manager by authorized
institution users. See the Issue Manager User Guide
for Institutions, for information about submitting
issues.
Questions submitted to Issue Manager will be
facilitated by the UT-Austin accounting contacts.
Automatically generated e-mail messages will be sent
when issues are acted upon. See the Issue Manager
User Guide for Institutions for further
information. Issue Manager may also be used by UT
Austin personnel to notify institution contacts
about problems or upcoming events.
If you are a designated institution contact and
need an Issue Manager user ID and password, please
contact one of your institution contacts for

- Consists of official
accounting contacts from all institutions. Use
of this list is restricted to members of the list,
who may wish to use it to discuss issues among
themselves. It should not be used to submit
questions to the UT-Austin Institution Support
Team.
