The Capitalized and Controlled Asset Removal and Transfer System (CCART)

CCART is now available! CCART will replace the previous NT1 document process. CCART provides user support through development of these important features:

• Updated item entry and document detail page
• More efficient method to transfer inventoried items, create NT1 documents, and route them electronically
• Allows users to enter a variety of inventory numbers and create correct affiliations electronically
• Audits for different types of special handling that must be completed prior to final transfer

• May 16th -The system will no longer allow the creation of new NT1's, but you will be able to finish existing documents. All links to the NT1 will be redirected to the new CCART system.
• June 13th - The NT1 transfer option is completely phased out. Any NT1's not completely final approved will need to be recreated in the CCART system.
• Inventory and IT are currently working with the creation of additional functionalities to the CCART for the Phase II of this project.  We will announce these new functionalities and implementation timeframe shortly.
