*DEFINE Command NVR Changes

The Inventory Report Writer, *DEFINE command NVR, now writes Responsible Person EID to several reports. This field used to be Responsible Person SSN and was omitted from reports in the past year(s). The field is now included as Responsible Person EID and displays the person’s UT EID rather than SSN.

Here is where you can see this new field:

• If you choose the download option on *DEFINE command NVR, an additional field, Responsible Person EID, will be included immediately after the Vendor ID field. This change went into effect, Friday, November 10, 2006. Please be aware that your inventory download report now contains one extra column.

• On Screen 3 of the *DEFINE command NVR you can now select by Responsible Person EID. Inventory records are selected and written out based on the entered UT EID value.  This change went into effect Saturday, November 11, 2006.

• On the NVR command, if you choose Format 6 for a printed report, the report will display Responsible Person EID as the last column, with valid UT EIDs or blanks as value. This change went into effect on Friday, November 10, 2006.
