Non-Student Fellowship/Scholarship Eligibility Verification (NSE) Forms No Longer RequiredUT Austin : Beginning July 2, 2007, the Non-Student Fellowship/Scholarship Eligibility Verification (NSE) form will no longer be required to process an SS1 document for someone who isn't a University of Texas at Austin student. A Payee Information Form (PIF) should now be completed for any non-affiliated SS1 recipient (non-university students or non-university employees). Due to this policy change, a GGV should be processed if the payee doesn't currently have an address on file prior to SS1 processing.
