5/21/07 - Last week we reported an error with the percentage calculations
displayed at the end of the NVP Report option: INJGNVP1 - PHYSICAL INVENTORY CYCLE REPORT- SINGLE UNIT/SUBUNIT. As a result we asked that you submit NVP Report: INJGNVP2- PHYSICAL INVENTORY CYCLE RPT BY INV NBR with your annual inventory certification.
This error has been corrected. You may now submit NVP Report: INJGNVP1.

5/16/07 - We have detected an error with the percentage calculations displayed at the end of the NVP Report option: INJGNVP1- PHYSICAL INVENTORY CYCLE REPORT - SINGLE UNIT/SUBUNIT.
Because the INJGNVP1 report sorts equipment by inventory number and building, you may still use this report to conduct your inventory. However, for certification purposes, we ask that you include the NVP Report option: INJGNVP2- PHYSICAL INVENTORY CYCLE RPT BY INV NBR with your certification form upon completion of your annual inventory.
This report contains accurate percentage information.
