Outdated Payee Information Forms DeletedOld Payee Information Forms (PIFs) have been removed from The University of Texas at Austin files to ensure that the information stored is current and accurate. If you receive an error message indicating that there is no PIF on file for a vendor, please submit a new PIF. To verify if a vendor has a current PIF on file use the *DEFINE GG3 and PG3 screens to look up vendors by name or the GG4 and PG4 screens to look up vendors by EID. The far right column of these vendor listings will indicate the PIF status of each vendor. A completed PIF must be submitted if the field is blank or contains any status other than P, I, or N.
