International Visitors Without U.S. Tax ID Numbers Are Now Authorized on PBS DocumentsThe PBS document in POINT Plus can now be used to authorize services and travel expenses for any international individual without a U.S. tax ID number except when the account used for payment is a contracts and grants account (26-account). Additional paperwork may still be required to process any payment made to a non-U.S. resident. Please see Contractor Services for more information regarding payments to international nonemployees. |
