State Sales Tax Exemption Certificates OnlineDepartments are now able to print and sign their own State Sales Tax Exemption Certificates rather than requesting a copy from the Office of Accounting. Also, please make sure to destroy any old copies of this form you might have on file as they are outdated and should not be used.
