Education and Training Is Now User Services

The Office of Accounting's Education and Training section has changed its name to User Services and is now part of the Financial Information Systems team.

This change helps align the team's image with its core focus: improving users' experiences with software implemented by Financial Information Systems. In addition to providing classroom training, User Services provides user support, online training, and documentation for software systems. User Services also provides project management and software testing support to Financial Information Systems and acts as the Chief Financial Officer's webmaster.
